I want to live with my SO!

If you are far apart and can't stand it, moving to live together is natural choice. If you live in same country that is easy... no paperwork needed. But if your SO happens to live faraway then usually only way to get together is to get married and move permanently to other country. How this is done elsewhere is out of scope of these web pages.
