Taxes
If you have income in the U.S.A. you must usually file tax return.
An alien has 3 choices about how to make it for the first year:
- Non-resident's tax return
- Permanent resident tax return
- Dual tax return
Even if you are not yet green card holder, you are able to make
it with permanent resident's tax return form jointly with
your spouse (1040). You must
make declaration about it and include it to the return.
Tax things are
pretty distant from the scope of these web pages... it is something that
everyone must do and there isn't much special rules for aliens.
